Thanks, J.D. About how many pages are involved in the set? Does Carlisle
copy and send items for a fee?

I believe that George self-printed them (and I mean that - they seem to have
been done simply on a copy machine). I don't know how many of each were
printed... it could actually be only a few dozen. Therefore, I treasure my
copies :-) George personally gave me the set I have shortly before he died.
I do know that there is a complete collection of them at Carlisle, because
I've seen them there. I'm not sure if the Gettysburg NMP has the set -
perhaps they do. If not, maybe I'll copy mine and donate them.
But since George basically made them up himself, you won't find them, I
don't think, at any online sellers.
