I would also recommend Robertson's Stonewall Jackson.  Plus, Dabney's Life and Campaigns of Lt. General Thomas J. Jackson; Henry Kyd Douglas' I Rode With Stonewall;  Mary Anna Morrison's biography as well.  And any writings you can find by Hunter McGuire and James Power Smith.
