GDG- 2008 Muster - "IF YOU BUILD IT, THEY WILL COME" + some other neat stuff

Greetings all,

Sorry for the delay in Getting this out.  There was a total of 21 suggested names for this years muster.

The winning entry should be credited to Ginny Gage who gave the core idea - just changed one word.

The 2008 Muster name is 

"IF YOU BUILD IT, THEY WILL COME" alonge with a picture of the new VC.


Ginny wins an extra helping of hot dogs.

Least we forget, we could still use some donated items for the silent auction this year.  Please contact me by private email at redpatch at comcast.net .  Also if you are planning to attend the Italian dinner at gina's Place after registration, please give me a call as well.

Also - during last years Muster, esteemed member George Pyle filmed 2 of the tours that Dean and Ed did during the muster.  I was able to get them copyed onto 2 DVDs.  Anyone interested in purchasing a them should contact me by private email.  The cost is $15.00 per DVD which actually adds $5.00 to our organization coffers.  We will only order enough for those who request them, we are not risking any of the GDG's funds to buy them without orders.  My thanks to George for making the videos available to us.

One last thing - please remember that even if you are not attending the muster, please think about sending in your membership contribution to Chris Army - it is these donations every year that help keep the GDG Web site and posting board going.
