Personally, I prefer the staff ride method/concept if I am dealing with
folks like a CWRT or other historical group. You can go here for the nuts
and bolts.

Robertson if the father of the modern staff if you ask me.

? I just gave a tour?regarding the Irish Brigade?in the Wheatfield to a
small group from my Round Table.
It was my first venture in giving any kind of tour and I am far from an
expert, but I?had a great time preparing it and giving it and it seemed well
received.
? I was looking for suggestions?for other tours to give of this nature. I
liked the narrow scope that
I could concentrate on. It really gave me a better understanding of what
took place.
Any ideas out there will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Tom,

I remember Jim Cameron giving a muster tour and making the comment that he
didn't really understand this particular part of the battle (Stony Hill
IIRR), so he put the tour together so that he could. I can now really
understand what he was talking about! Putting together this class forced me
to bring together the little bits and pieces I've picked up over the years
and bring them into some sort of cohesive, presentable presentation. I'm
certain I learned as much as the kids.

I can't wait to do something like that again!
