GDG- Bliss Farm- shameless self promotion

  Since the topic of the Bliss Farm just came up, I thought I'd take this opportunity to announce that I finished a painting of the farm-prebattle. I've spent a good deal of time collecting physical information such as Christ, Adams Co. realty records  maps of the area, taking pix of local barns and houses that are similar and the statement Bliss used to request compensation. As fate would have it much of the info. is conflicting. I completed dozens of sketches of various possibilities and settled on the most likely. In the last few weeks I've sent jpegs of the painting to some of the members of the GDG. Thank goodness everyone has been more than kind.
  I hope to be at this years Muster to display the painting. It has been suggested that I seek to have it shown in the new Visitors Center. I would be very happy to do this but am not sure how to go about it. If anyone has any directions, I'm all ears.
  Finally, I'm on the last two days of a drive across country from western Arizona and hope to have internet capabilities by mid week. If some one would like a jpeg of the painting I would be happy to send them off then. Send request to: gnomejoe at msn.com  Thank you.
