GDG- Preservation: Rebuilding demolished houses?

Good evening - I have always thought it would not be unreasonable to  
create frame structures to show the locations of buildings on the  
field. It wouldn't cost that much compared to a complete restoration,  
you could still see through the frames, but you would get a better  
feel for the field - much as the clearing and new fences have done.
