Sorry for being late with this: For those who asked earlier about the 
for sale signs at the George Spangler farm having been taken down, the 
deal is now official. The Gettysburg Foundation closed on the purchase 
of the farm on April 28th. The farm will be donated to the Park shortly, 
and the NPS should make a public announcement sometime in May. Chalk one 
up for the good guys!
