GDG- Book sales

Hi Rich,

The average CW book today and in past years sells around 1500 copies each.
That's fifteen hundred.  There have been some that have done better - 5,000
or 10,000 copies each.

I'm sure Gordon would love for your friend's thoughts to be true, but each
of the books has likely sold in the few thousand range.
