GDG- "One Continuous Fight" book

Hi J.D.,

I also reserved a copy. I was hoping for the more personal signing and I 
didn't know if I could get to GB in June. This way I also don't go over 
my meager budget. :>)
 Quick question, is it footnoted or endnotes?
