Mike,
I know that there are Confederate dead buried South of Wolf Hill, about 150 yards North of Rock Creek.
The property owner can show you how to find them if you ask.
Regards,
Jack

I often have visitors to my home ask me if there are corpses still out there on the field and don't have an answer for them. I just got done reading the Wert book on the third day of the battle and he mentions about how Garnett's body was not discovered and probably was buried in a mass grave somewhere. Have there been any statistics published showing how many of the deceased were reinterred or how many are presumed to still be on the field? Not to be morbid, but I've not heard a definitive answer to this question in the many Gettysburg books I've read.
