Imagine that at 4:00 PM on July 3, 1863, Grant and Meade immediately switch
places, due to some distortion of the space/time continuum. What would Grant
do? What are his strategy and tactics? What decisions does he make? What
is it that we know about Grant that leads him to these decisions? Be
specific - where does he attack, when, what Corp does he use, and what does he do
with his logistics?

I would suppose that Grant would likely mass the Sixth Corps on his left and
then push it forward and to the right to strike the ANV. Of course, Grant's
lack of familiarity with the officers and men of the AOP would probably
constrain his actions, I think his approach to war would ensure that he would
make some effort to hurt Lee's army (or at the very least, push hard after Lee
during his subsequent retreat). As for logistics, the AOP was a lot closer to
its sources of supplies than the ANV.
