  I have not seen a copy of the complete Hotchkiss map, but four sizable
  sections of it are included in McElfresh's "Maps and Mapmakers of the Civil
  War" of which I have a copy.  These show the areas around Chambersburg,
  Gettysburg, Carlisle, and Williamsport/Hagerstown.  They are very detailed
  including the names of property owners.

  Also, believe there are sections of the Hotchkiss map in the OR Atlas as
  well.
