I have read portions of the Sauros book, though for some reason I haven't
had the attention span with other books to read through the whole thing. I
thought the book could have been more interesting, but it is enjoyable to
read. I would like for you to expound on why you think the book is
well-written, and specifically what you think about the author's portrayal
of a July 1st attack on Culp's Hill and Cemetery Hill ( I have this
particular fascination with that "what if"). I would also like to know your
opinion of the alternate Gettysburg books by New Gingrich, which I haven't
read.
