There are (at least) two foundations to consider: The house (which is 
near the woods along Cross/Brooke Avenue - almost due west of the 
northern stone wall to the triangular field. There is also a barn, which 
is somewhat /south/ of the house foundation (150-ish yards). Not being 
GPS-aware, would this single value apply to both?
