Thanks for recommending this Tom, I just finished reading it, and I 
thought it was quite a good book. It certainly helps one broaden their 
understanding of the /whole/ picture of the campaign - it seems quite a 
lot of (sometimes quite important) stuff happened outside of the few 
square miles we typically focus on.
