That "present order" must have indeed been a large one! My amazon order was made on Feb 22.  I am really glad for you, however, that you are getting such a great response.  As I said, I'm sure it will be worth the wait .. tom g

Sorry about that Tom... the first print run was taken up by the present
orders, and Amazon may be running a bit short - you should have it soon.
