N.Y. who died at Salisbury  Prison, Salisbury, NC on January 26, 1865. Is it 
likely that there were  two men with the same last name, same first two 
initials in the same  company, same regiment and both died in January 1865?

It's gotta be the same guy. But now how can we be sure where he  died?
