GDG- Civilian Claims

The Gettysburg NMP's library has copies of all (I believe) damage claims petitions and settlements.  The Federal government paid some claims for damages caused by Federal troops.  A decade later the Pennsylvania state government paid claims that were not paid by the Federal government including those claims for damages caused by Confederate troops. 
  I do not know if the NMP's research library is open yet in the new VC.
