GDG- RE: Strong Vincent's Position

Thanks for all the info on Gen. Strong Vincent, Mr.Deutsch.  We agree  with 
you that filling in the letters on the Vincent boulder is defacing  it.  Does 
the NPS have any idea who did this?  Again, thanks for the  info on our 
hometown  (Erie) hero!!  It is much appreciated.
