GDG- Re-enactors question

We're haveing a local music festival this weekend, and on the web site, they tout their "Patriot Events":

"The Main feature of the PATRIOTS ZONE is our "living" Civil War Encampment. The celebrated " New York 3d' will live on site for three days as they did during the Civil War -  authentic uniforms, tents, campfires, drills and re-enactments, you and your children will be transported back in time to the unions efforts during this critical time in US history."

I'm wondering "Who are these guy's?" I can't find anything resembling the celebrated New York 3d on the internet, except for a cavalry outfit. Anyone have any ideas? I'll ask them when I see them, of course, but my curiousity is at high gain right now.
Our local re enactors are the 67th NY (1st Long Island) out of Sayville, NY. I don't think it's them.

Hope someone can give me a hint.
