GDG- Cyclorama Fees

Maybe it is just me, but I was thinking $12 is highway robbery to view the painting. If your a typical family of 4, that is $40 to view the painting (2 adults and two children).

I think the first year will be tons of people because the painting has been restored and in the new building, but after that, not many will shell out $12 to view it. That is just my feelings on it and could easily be wrong, but I thought that is very steep to view the painting.

Thanks
Andy

Cheap enough and a tax with a positive impact.

Today's Gettysburg Times printed an article about how Cumberland township and the school district receive an amusement tax from fees charged at the VC, and how they have not been receiving as much since the Cyclorama is being restored.
When it's finished, you'll need $12 to see it.
