Jim,

Thanks for the lead. As a former officer in our Realtor organization, I was
always cautioned that I personally had no opinions - anything I said was
assumed to be ex cathedra, no matter how I hard I attempted to state that my
statement was my personal opinion. 

Rick Hohmann seems to have forgotten that, especially with the attacks on
Terry Latscher: if she was misquoting Hohmann, he needs to state what the
misquotes were.
