<< I was hoping that someone could reinvent Gettysburg for me.
After twenty years of research, the results inevitably are the same.
Is there a new website that cuts through the old battlefields of literary license?
I fear I have been in a loop that is going over old material.
Should I re-enact with the 118th NY?
Should I sponsor a monument at Antietam?
Ive met Grants great grandaughter, lunched with Pat Falci(AP HILL) and given a speech to the civil war dead at Greenwood Cemetary on youtube-Search_ Dr. Daniel Ayres jr.!
Please help me with my current dilemna!

Tim,
I have to admit not being sure just what you're asking here. The results may be the same in terms of the broad outlines of the battle, but Gettysburg scholarship has progressed to such a degree over the past twenty years that I'd venture to say our knowledge and understanding of the battle is far greater now that it was twenty years ago. There's no one, cure-all website that cuts through everything, but there's a wealth of research available if you take the time to read it.
Seeing as you live in Sea Cliff, did you mean to say the 119th NY?
