GDG- G'burg prepares to limit size of walking tours

26 tourists plus all the ghosts you can find!
They don't litter 
They don't take up space on the sidewalk
They don't leave plastic water bottles behind
They don't trip on the uneven pavement
The only problem with them is that they don't pay the amusement tax. Borough officials are working on that potential revenue stream.

I am curious-does the 26 include ghosts?
