GDG- G'burg prepares to limit size of walking tours

Keith, most of the park is not within the borough, so the local government can't legislate activities within that portion of the park outside borough limits. They're really aiming at the ghost tours.

Is that just in the town? We had about 200 people on the field for the Ed and Dean show last muster . I can imagine future complications.
