I doubt it.  The original Electric Map was developed by Joseph Rosensteel in 1938 (the current version was installed in 1963 when the building was still a private museum owned and operated by the Rosensteel family. There were some technical upgrades in the 1990s) Joseph Rosensteel was the son of George, who established that private museum that he called the Gettysburg National Museum, in 1921.  George was the nephew of John Rosensteel, who started the Rosensteel collection.
