Further to esteemed GDG member John Baniszewski's earlier email -

The GNMP person who oversees this activity is Ranger Tom Holbrook. Email him at Thomas_Holbrook at nps.gov

You will find him to be very helpful.

Anyway, I'm really interested in knowing a lot more about
how artillery could affect the battles, given the state of
the weapons at the time. It is very difficult to vizualize
what it was like, when you stand there now, not knowing
exactly what these weapons were capable of. Do you know of
any way that I can get more educated about this aspect
of the battle, other than reading your book ? Which I
  intend to do.

Ed - For the past few years, on one weekend in the summer,
there has been a reenactor group that gives a demonstration
with a full 4-gun battery of artillery. They even
maneuver all the guns into place with horses. It is
a very impressive demo. It really illustrates the skill
involved in handling artillery. Unfortunately, I do not
know the name of the unit. You could probably contact the
park and find out who they are and when they will be there.
They are Confederates. That would be a good weekend
  to visit the Burg.
