Hi,

I just heard from the Program Chair of the Capital District CWRT, Sue Knost.
She asked me to share the following with you:

>Please assure your members that the majority of artifacts have already been
recovered, and Dan is cooperating fully.  The artifacts, for the most part, were
items that were pretty common, and not one of a kind, regardless of what you
might have heard.  Items were still at his home, and were taken back as
evidence.  No one can figure it out, and it is a great impact and loss to the
historic and research community.

Not quite as bad as written up in the news article, thank goodness!
