GDG- "Lost" Iron Brigade Report

The individual that has this report from the 19th Indiana says that;
"We cannot find a copy of this report in the official records or in any of
the books written on the 19th Indiana."

I don't know if that's true or not and I'm too busy/lazy at the moment to
check the OR, but the report is by Colonel Williams and is dated August 1,
1863. It's a bit long (about 1500 words), so I don't want to post it if this
report is already know among students of the Iron Brigade. However if it is
some "lost" report let me know and I will copy and post the transcription.
