If ever I get out that way, I shall take you up on that offer.  The  flag of 
the 14th Tenn was captured under fairly heroic circumstances by Sgt-Maj  Bill 
Hincks of the 14th CT, dashing down from the stone wall to seize the banner  
and running back to the Union line to the cheers of his comrades.  Hincks  
later wrote that he felt threatened more by Union fire than Confederate  
resistance,
