RE out-of-the way sources for CW books: check some of the salvage, closeout
and surplus stores like Ollie's, a chain in MD, PA and DE.  Ollie's is a
veritable treasure trove of CW materials at great prices.  In New England,
Building 19&1/10th - weird name - can be a good source if you take the time
to root through their disorganized book areas. (Ollie's is much better
organized!)
