Tom,

I don't come close, unless I include the second book in the Shelby Foote
series or in Bruce Catton series and then Hallowed Ground as well. I just
counted 50... A little short I would say...

My wife keeps asking so when are you done? Never.. Giggle..

Subject: GDG- How many Gettysburg books?

Esteemed GDG Member Contributes:

Since business has been kind of slow on the GDG these days, thought I would
throw this out for fun and games. Who has the most books about Gettysburg
on their shelves?

My count is 75 including hard and soft backs, non-fiction and fiction. This
includes booklets like the ones sold at the Farnsworth House, and those put
out by the Gettysburg Foundation. It also includes novels, but not
magazines or guide books.

Seventy-five sounds like a lot, but there will undoubtedly be a number of
people who have more.

Tom
