Hi Bruce -

And, I believe in western parts of Massachusetts, and perhaps Rhode 
Island. And I suppose West Virginia [There's a town called "New England" 
in that state! :-) Oh, and one in North Dakota too I believe.] It's just 
fun to whack on Massachusetts whenever possible. (And believe you me, 
people in Massachusetts have a grand old time making fun of us hicks 
from New Hampshah.)
