About your instructions to retrieve the updates. I do not see a link to
undated pages. Can you elucidate a little more?

does anyone else find it interesting that these folks (Savas Beatie) can 
publish this book of maps with success, and Mr Imhof's publisher does not 
find it worthwhile.
