I don't live in GB but I did experience some bikers during my last visit. They were very nice but their bikes are nothing but noise polution.

Terry (and Joann),
I also live in town, and at 11 AM this past Saturday I was up at the square, and in the afternoon I was on the field, and I was also in and around town for Bike Week in the summer. While at times the noise from the bikes was loud, particularly during the "parade of chrome", I did not feel it was intolerable. In terms of the attitudes displayed by the bikers, I feel that they were for the most part well-behaved. I do not believe that the proportion of obnoxious bikers exceed the proportion of obnoxious tourists or obnoxious college students. If we were to begin denying access to bikers, who would be the next group to whom we would deny access? Like it or not, we are dependent on tourism as a major component of our revenue stream, and some of them arrive on motorcycles.
