GDG- Thanks for the Comments Re: Tom Allison's Gettysburg Connection

I would like to thank everyone for their helpful comments regarding my hunt for the
PA soldier named Allison (?), whose son Tom, was reportedly born in Gettysburg
during the battle in which his father was killed.  I too am skeptical.  It sounds a
little too perfect a coincidence for this all to be true.  A great deal more solid
research is in order here, but that can be a very rewarding endeavor too.
