I can honestly say that I've never given any thought to the brave men who came in before the battle to put up the monuments, so that everyone would know where to stand.
  Talk about your unsung heros...Someone should write a book.

Hard to argue with that logic! The battle was in the middle of the summer,
so I'm sure all the monuments were installed ;)
