OK, I get it. No bikes in the burg.  bit of a disappointment though. Cruising Gettysburg is in the top three of my "lifetime to do" list. Now i feel like there's a big sign outside town:
   
  Welcome to Gettysburg
  Home of a New Birth of Freedom
  Bring you're Last Full Measure of Cash
  and Leave the Motorcyle Home.

It would be of great service to some of us if the dates of this event were 
posted here in the future. I ran into the same unenjoyable week in Daytona 
Beach a few years back. Thanks, Ian Duncanson

I no longer give tours during Harley Weekend, for the above reasons. I also 
recommend people to avoid that weekend for visits to the battlefield.
