There is nothing in the messages from Lee or Longstreet about a timetable
for Stuart's movements. Unfortnately none of Stuart's messages to Lee are
available, so there is no way to know whether he was working on a timetable.
   
  Was Stuart aware of Lee's timetable for the movement of the army?

... If this reading of Lee's orders is correct, then
Stuart was following orders when he detoured around the rear of the Union
army.
  I go with you on this one.  


At the same time, regardless of the timing issue, Lee's plans would have
been successful if Union intelligence units had not produced timely
information for General Hooker that permitted him to take decisive action
that threw Confederate operations completely out of kilter.
    So the pesky AoP pretty much made the mission a "damned if you do, damned if you don't" proposition.
   
   Seems like a wash all round.
