I missed it, but after it was over my son (Class of 1987) called in a
breathless state of euphoria saying "Did you see it!  Did you see it!.  He
reminded me that the last time a miracle like this occurred, Roger Staubach
was the Navy quarterback in 1963.

By the way, also being a ND fan, this is a bittersweet outcome.
