GDG- Water Park proposed for Gettysburg

Bob,

It was just a very hopeful thought.

To play devil's advocate (and I do not support this notion) -It might cause
those coming through on their way to the water park to pause at GNMP and
learn something. I wonder if anyone has looked at how many visitors who
come to the area for just to visit Boyds Bears also stop at the park.

Terry

Terry,

I doubt this very much. Out of the two million visitors to Gettysburg each
year, how many would even think twice about the waterpark's proximity to the
GNMP?

I had to look Cunningham Road on a map and I was surprised how close it is
to the park. It appears to be about 2.5 miles from where Confederate Avenue
crosses the Emmitsburg Road.
