Speaking of Taps
I just thought this might be a nice time to share this with the group here.
I have enjoyed the last two musters and am looking forward to seeing the
group again this weekend.
Last October my Dad passed away and was burried at Arlington in late
November with Full Military honors. As a Navy Cross recipient, wounded three
times he deserved it.
I read this post about Taps and got a little choked up.......again.
I made sure that I photographed the Ceremony because when we got out of the
cars and walked up to the Cassion I was floored by what was waiting for us.
Anyway, fell free to take a look at the pic's.
When you click on the link, go to the bottom and click back as they are in
reverse sequence.
See ya all this weekend.
Oh....here is the link to my Dad's Navy Cross Citation. Scroll down to
Fauser, David K.
