In the Gettysburg Times newspaper on Saturday there is an announcement of a public meeting June 14 at 7 P.M. at the Cyclorama Center on the status of the new VC project and all activities related to the park. It's called the GNMP Advisory Commission. This meeting was scheduled earlier but had to be postponed because it didn't get into the Federal Register with sufficient advance notice. The announcement invites public comment and provides the following number for more information: 717-334-1124 (main number for the VC). Perhaps some new information will be forthcoming at this meeting.
