GDG- Help me with a response to this

Don't waste your time.  Anyone who is capable of writing something like that is not interested in the facts. He's not even the worst. Once on the CompuServe Civil War Forum, we had someone who announced to us that Lincoln was worse than Hitler and Stalin.

I'm not sure of the origin of this quote, but I think it applies here, "I refuse to engage in a battle of wits with the unarmed."
