GDG- Brandy Station and Ed Bearss

I had the pleasure of spending the weekend with Ed Bearss on a tour that Covered Brandy Station, The Graffiti House, Aldie, Middleburg, Upperville, and The field of Battle pertaining to Day 1 at Gettysburg . As per usual I walked away with alot of wonderful memories and a better working knowledge of how the Cavalry battles were fought. Brandy Station is a lovely piece of land and the 1 1/2 walk out to Yew Ridge was quite ticky ( as in Ticks ). It seamed that they were all over. For all who are interested Ed is doing quite well and he is looking forward to being able to drive again soon. Looking forward to meeting you all in a couple weeks. See you then, Ed
