Yes.  "Sykes' Regular Infantry Division, 1861 - 1864", by Timothy J. Reese. 
I consider it one of the most worthwhile, but overlooked, books of recent 
years, and a must have for any student of the AOP and the war in the east. 
As the title suggests, it covers more than Gettysburg, but still provides an 
excellent treatment of the Regulars role in the battle.

Morningside and/or Butternut & Blue had it available for a number of years, 
but I'm not sure what its current status is.  I wouldn't be surprised to see 
it become a collector's item, if it isn't already.
