GDG- Gettysburg Monuments Documentary (on-line TV Tonight at 8:00 p.m.)

Hi,

Is anyone familiar with copyright laws to know if it would be legal to 
download this video and use it within a classroom?  Wouldn't that be 
considered fair use?
