Yes, I have seen such prices, but I got my used copy at a small fraction of 
that.

 I understand it is to come out on CD soon? ..

available in the fairly near future.

I think it was the TravelBrains Gettysburg Expedition Guide's animated maps 
for 
Day Two that finally pounded into my head the relationship between the Peach 
Orchard and Wheatfield actions.  One of these days, I may pop for the 
"Antietam" guide as well.  IIRC there are similar guides available for Second Bull Run 
and Fredericksburg and perhaps some other battles as well.
