GDG- Casino foes ante up $100 to help

It is indeed a generous offer. The LeVan family and their foundation make many contributions to charitable groups in the area. About a month ago they sold chances for a Harley from their dealership, with the proceeds going to a tax-exempt charity in town. Perhaps this organization should consider a donation to Straban township, knowing that it will be matched.

He had every right to petition the comission to build a in Gettysburg, and then not only to pay to fight to have it in Gettysburg, he is offering to pay at least a portion of the cost for those who opposed it and helped to defeat his efforts. For whatever it is worth, I think that speaks highly of him. Sure: $5,000 is not a lot to someone who has millions, but at least he is trying to help the township with a matching grant.
