I usually think of Bill Cosby's History as a Football Coin Toss routine, one of which included Captain Custer and Captain Sitting Bull doing the coin toss, and the referree informing the loser, Captain Custer, that, as a result, he and his men would have to just stay there while all the Indians in the entire world rode down on them.<g>
